Shipping Timelines
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:
- Within Maharashtra: 5–7 business days
- Outside Maharashtra: Up to 10 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe after confirmation. Once your order is shipped, it will be handed over to our delivery partner for dispatch.
Delivery Notes
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
Returns & Refund Policy
At PemaSiddhi, each product is created and packed with great care. For this reason, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.
No Returns / No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- change of mind
- incorrect selection made by the customer
- preference-related concerns after delivery
Exception: Damaged Package in Transit
A return, replacement, or refund will only be considered if the package has been damaged during transit.
To request support in such a case, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order and share:
- your order details
- clear photos of the outer packaging
- clear photos of the damaged product
- an unboxing video, if available
Claims related to transit damage will be reviewed before any resolution is provided.
Important
Requests made without sufficient proof of transit damage may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
