PemaSiddhi reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price charged for an order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation subject to successful payment and acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if required, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Shipping

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location:

Within Maharashtra: 5–7 business days
Outside Maharashtra: Up to 10 business days

These timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

6. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Packages

All sales are final.

PemaSiddhi does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, preference-related reasons, or incorrect selections made by the customer.

A return, replacement, or refund will only be considered if the package is damaged during transit.

To report transit damage, customers must contact us promptly and provide relevant proof such as:

clear photos of the outer package
clear photos of the damaged product
unboxing video, if available

Claims are subject to review before approval.
